You’re right, Jade has the love for Pop Music and a real student of it based of the artists she mentioned that influenced her new craft. Her being fearless of doing experimental (“no vanilla, let’s experimental” a lyrics from Midnight Cowboy) but having the cohesiveness is what makes the people crave more from her. Since you mentioned Lee and Perrie, my opinion is that Leigh has also found the perfect genre that she’s been wanting to do and that is R&B, Reggae and Afrobeat sounds that gave her the new audience that really enjoyed it and No Hard Feelings showed that and her debut is gonna be it too. Perrie always mentioned that she’ll explore a lot of genre on this album to find what would suit her and it’s not bad since it’s her debut. Her song aren’t even bad like what the fans are telling cuz they want her to do a BALLAD just because of her powerhouse vocals. As a Little Mix fan, these 3 girls have different vibes and it shows on their solo works. They’re all doing good and enjoying what they’re doing in their craft and i’ll always support them and who might release their debut album first. I hope people would stop comparing them cuz that’s so stupid when the three of them have been supportive of each other, let’s just enjoy what they’re giving and if it’s not the vibe you’re looking for then you can ignore it.
