@@nicolematlow-ys2yo i can promise you that if you calculate the average calories you eat everyday for a week and the average calories you burn every day for a week, it will not have been enough for weight gain. i eat whatever i want and i dont gain weight, but when i actually count what ive been eating, its because i was eating maintenace calories.

Well I don't know how many calories I eat but can you tell me if this is a lot I had 2 pieces of white bread one with cream cheese and a egg with hot sauce and the other with cookie spread and right after a hand full of Cereal Another bowl of cereal And then right after Words I had canned tuna with red ball paper and a bowl of soup and this was by 3 something and btw I work up at 11:00 and I started eating a little later at 11 something and at 6 something I eat half a bag of family size of Doritos Doritos and right after word I had a Spoonful of cookie spread With pretzels And 2 cookies with ice cream And some Pretzels and peanut butter and a apple and a little bit later I had a BBQ sandwich with Chicken avocado Bacon mayonnaise and hot sauce With a side salad and some bread and I think this was by 8 or 7 something
As a fat person who people assume eats like this, this makes me so angry 😅 calories in, calories out my ass.
they just have more calories out. a lot of these people are growing teens or athletes. they need more
Not really I have a really fast metabolism and I eat whatever I want and don't gain weight and I really don't do anything 😅
