More bicycle lanes, more buses and more metro lines It’s the obvious solution that every advance society is taking. There’s too many vehicles. Distrito Nacional is Manhattanizing , becoming more walkable and having every necessity in walking distance from every home would be ideal.
It's time to regulate parking, I see many parking plots here and there that are either empty, or close at 5 and then you see the streets with curb parking all around, while they can make a profit out of that and keep the roads solely for traffic. And also eliminate so many reverse parking that can add security and vegetation to the city

It's worse than Manhattan, at least blocks, sidewalks and roads are wide in NYC; here it's the opposite and we misuse the space
