There is something really funny about the idea of all the supposed demigods with war god mothers possibly just being Ennoia spending time with her kids It ends in blood and fire but still sounds a bit fun
I am so pleased to find this channel. I’ve been our groups storyteller for over ten years. I stared running with vampire the masquerade. So nice to have this as a resource. In dyslexic and getting refreshed like this is both delightful and far easier than digging through the books. Don’t get me wrong, I love to read it just takes me longer. I’ve taken to listening while I paint. Thank you much.
That really makes happy. Making the material to VtM accessible to all the community is something I strive to do with each episode, and I am glad it's working. Really pleased you're enjoying the Lore By Night podcast 😊
I am starting my first vtm game with my friends and I picked gangrel; been going through all the lore videos I can find on them. Just found this channel and been watching all I can. Very exciting stuff.
@@Bluntz1289 thats not the point I was making. The Valkyries, the gangrel bloodline mentioned in the podcast, dont just embrace cisgendered women they embrace trans women as well or "women in spirit"
@@Bluntz1289 I know that genitals won't matter during Ragnarok, they dont matter to the gods now, but to certain groups genitals determine whether you can be admitted into their ranks or whether you'll be kept at a lower standing than others. Seeing that it doesn't matter canonically to a group of all women kindred is what makes me happy
@@LoreByNightVtM the effects last for one scene, and many of the powers require you to basically know what's coming ahead of time, both in DA and modern nights. I've tried to use them both in a campaign but they usually are useless because they take too much time (or the case of DA, you need random humans around to sacrifice and that creates problems). Do you have any advice?
Arguably, Lhiannan are meant as ST characters, so one has a bit more wriggle room. Other than that as a player, there is an interesting culture and RP opportunities for them
Hay Lore when you do lore on the other settings which one will you do first ( and please Do it from the perspective of that setting’s monster pretty please) and if you want/have time for cud you please do some videos on there powers ( like discipline videos if you like and sorry for bad writing I am not good at it and sorry for repeating and being pushy as I said please do as you like).
I'm persian and a huge fan of Vtm but why did they do that instead of making a whole female persian faction they just outright stole it from a persian king like adisa was from Scandinavia not iraq how did she meet persian king two different places so much faraway from each other its really racist and fascist to me that there is not a single persian based vampire faction in this game
Beckett wants to know your location.
... it almost makes the Anarchs look organized. - savage

Finally the Lhiannan! One of my favorite bloodlines!

The Deb of Night reference affirms my long held theory about Deb being an ironic Nosferatu.
Hey don't be hating on Beckett because he's educated. He's vampire Indiana Jones going in tombs and shitz.
The fact that Valkyries recognized trans women brings my heart joy
When Ragnarok happens. It doesn't matter what's between your legs. A warrior is a warrior.

How playable are Lhianan as a clan, especially with Ogham? It looks like a discipline that requires a lot of effort for comparatively little reward.
Depends on what you mean by reward

OMG! You do let’s reads too! ❤️
Could you do videos on the Requiem clans, particularly from the viewpoint of 2e?
I could do, yes

I have giving some thought about all those things, and I have yet to decide on them
Where are the Mariners?
In the Gangrel episode
