  • The heel elevated dumbbell goblet squat is a great exercise to increase quadriceps size, improve squat mechanics, and grow bigger legs without a barbell!
    In this video I will show you how to master the heel elevated dumbbell goblet squat. By elevating the heels, you increase the ability to flex the knees, which will in turn help increase quadriceps loading and maintain a more vertical torso positioning in the squat.
    These can be used as warm up exercises for high bar squats, leg presses, and Olympic weightlifting, or as strength and hypertrophy exercises for all levels.

      Dont let your knees go beyond your toes is one of the biggest myths in the fitness industry. Dont know how or why it started but its a myth.

      4-6 total per session, 2-3 times a week (in addition to 1-2 other leg exercises on same day) Forever or until your quads have grown to where you are happy with their size.

    Would a wider stance work? Like the legs held wider apart

    • @j2fit
      @j2fit  2 года назад +5

      You would want to take a narrow stance if looking to target more quad

      Keep the heels down. Slow the movement down, go down as low as you can until it hurts
