could be wrong but my december seems to be one of the song versions that was bron out of colin and emily's time spent outside of band rehearsal, working on the songs together in colins studio to get them to feel like their own
Emily said in one of their interviews that she, Mike and Colin practice this song every night right before they go out onto the stage. It really shows, their harmonies are so great.

Have been beging for an acoustic version on their new album, or just a single. Just voices, piano guitar, nothing more (no mr Hahn) sinds i saw it when they practiced just before the show in one of the clips on the LP account. This is one GOLD version of this song. It hits home with so many people.
