Finally someone who appreciates world war 2 games nowadays… the only way to experience that time is to play this game which in my opinion is very underrated. Do you remember call of duty 3, world at war etc etc ? Or the various medal of honor? Good old times… how much I would like a return of the old games on the second world war… so much nostalgia.
As a Former ARMY combat vet (AFGHANISTAN) trust me you don't hear music playing .you hear the crack of a sniper round. The bark of an AK or Dishguh....but No symphony playing music...
Yes, this game has its own vibe, which is very catchy. But I especially enjoy this game because of the complexity of the stealth, which makes you have to think carefully about every move you make.
I played it since 2009 or 2010 from Sniper Elite release... People have no idea back then... I love WW2 games, and i bought every game that had something to do with it... Medal of Honor, Commandos, Call of Duty(back then, it was all about WW2..) COD, COD 2 Big Red One, COD 3, Brothers In Arms(a wonderful game) and of course... Sniper Elite, when i saw it i took it right away.. On PS2 back then it was a mind-blowing game, X Ray cam, the bullet in the air, it was something unseen!!!! Sniper Elite it the only one that kept the original games line... WW2!! Not like Call of Duty, after Black Ops 2 everything was just garbage.... Vanguard and Cold War were the only ones worth playing.... and Modern Warfare of course... But the rest, with futuristic wars, robots, satellite guns, just garbage!!!!

I bought SE 4 for $13 on special at Steam. When i heard SE5 was announced i immediately put money on it. The maps are beautiful. The Gewehr 43 with silencer is my primary. SMG i like the Sten Gun MK 2. So if you are thinking of buying it do it!!

How would you say this game compares to Ghost Recon? I never played any of the Sniper Elite games. In fact, I started Wildlands only recently, finished the story and am now playing Breakpoint (story finished, now playing conquest). I’m in love with the concept and this looks similar, but different. I would love to get your expert opinion. Have you played all Sniper Elites? Do I need to play all of them in order to have a sense of the lore? Feed me info!
I played Ghost recon and Sniper Elite it's kinda the same besides the open world factor and different weapons tho i can say stealth is much more needed here
Hi. I would say this: these games are completely different, but what they have in common is tactics and stealth, which is what I love the most. However, the level of stealth in Sniper Elite is two heads higher: it's really hard to stay unnoticed from the beginning to the end of the mission and that's what makes this game the most appealing. But Breakpoint is more variation, versatility and freedom. It's an open-world game, unlike Sniper Elite, where you can only act within the confines of the given missions. But at the same time, it's up to you to decide in what order to close missions and how to do it: silently or loudly. If you like stealth, I definitely recommend you to try Sniper Elite. I have only tried Sniper Elite 4 and 5. Both games are good. Hope that helped😉🤝
Can you please tell me which specs, resolution and configuration you have in this game? It doesn´t look as an old game as many people said. I am playing the campaign and really is a very good game, and yes, in my pc the game doesn´t look as i see here 😲
Dude, I just have all my graphics on ultra settings at a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. It's not a big deal. Except when editing a video, I also do some additional color correction, adding some sharpening and brightness.
Good work. Shark base you know, it’s very excited when doing stealth. I infiltrated it today and success without being detected. Sniper elite is good game but I Still can’t used to it because of no optimal camo. I don’t know whether you have uploaded the shark base video ever,I am sorry. Same stupidity as all of the shooters, bullets drop over a distance, so shooting a couple hundred yards while aiming at the head does NOT result in a head shot, it results in a miss and a hit of the widow ledge.
It's stupid arrow in the front of the screen is completely unnecessary and destroys the immersion.. I'm so sick of game designers doing this crap and need to leave things away from the middle of the screen and put nothing on there at all...

Yeah, it's really annoying. I was surprised to find that in the 2022 game you can't turn off the HUD completely. But we have what we have🤷🏼♂️😉
