Such a fire game the hate online has been very unwarranted
And only from people that DIDN'T play it, as far as I've seen.

I have over a thousand hours into Nioh 1 & 2. I thought the combat was a huge step backwards from previous Team Ninja games.
The forced counterspark loop is stupid. The way it is implemented is bad. This game tries to mix Sekiro with Ghost of Tsushima on top of the Nioh combat engine, and does none of those things well. Hard uninstall.

I know I'm 4 months late, but i just started playing and at 60+ hours in, i noticed that blade flashing to a shinobi stance after staggering the boss is OP. Shinobi stance is always red, but it does soo much damage.

I’ve been enjoying this game ALOT!!! Super fun especially when you get the glider and fighting other Ronin. I like the landmarks too. Combat is awesome, outfits are 🔥🔥🔥

You can use Shuriken to pressure the enemies ki bar since Shuriken don’t use up ur ki and they gave you so much spacing

Bro, I always look forward to your videos. They're very in depth and well done. I constantly rotate weapons to get higher proficiency. I think one of my faves is unarmed period. It's fast and highly effective and you almost always seem to have the advantage. I need to try it against a boss. Using a good secondary weapon with good stats really helps that form.

There is so much you can do ! Upu unlock so many sombat styles, it can be overwhelming but I would suggest all to give each one of them a try as each of them wre very different ! I found q combat style whose counterspark mechanics is similar bloodhound step in elden ring ! 😁

How the f does team ninja expect us to be able to memorize 3-4 martial skills on at least 3 stances PER WEAPON?
@@QuantumTelephone i think it would be fine if you could switch them around so you know which ones are on which buttons. 3 of tgem capnnot be changes, so you'll have two stances on the same weapon that have the same skills but on different buttons. It's confusing af
We need a tutorial on how to counterspark, any tips or tricks other than “press triangle” 😊
As far as I know, different stances have different timings

I just lost my martial arts after a blade repair, I’m master in a lot of form but I don’t have the martial arts before a did blade repair I had them
check with devs no clue on that why would you blade repair anyway? asking because I explain no worries about origin as its just starter class in my essentials video
Great tips as usual. This now makes it 3/3 tips vids Liked and Bookmarked for soaking in. Looks like you've reached a good way into the game already with all the stuff you have including so many different stances. I still have only the first one given. Looking forward to getting more to swap on the fly.
I'm also liking the polearm. It's one of my most powerful so far so it's working out for me. I'd like to be able to get the greatswords and other great weapons too.
Much appreciation on finding the videos useful. I tend to make videos on games I'm deep into. Ronin looks like it will be an all year game for me personally. Yes polearm has amazing attacks plus good attack when switching to it so combos work very well. Share any cool things you find I like to share the communities findings.
@@MagGamerInc So far it's shaping up to be one of my favs also. I'll be playing it for quite some time. Taking it nice and slow, exploring every nook and cranny grabbing as much goodies as I can.
Combat-wise one of the things I'm loving is the stealth assassinations...creeping up from behind and especially the ones from a height. They're amazing. That's one of the things I loved in another game I was playing a couple years back too. Could either be Assassin's Creed Valhalla or Ghost of Tsushima but I think it's more likely AC Valhalla.

@@MagGamerInc Yeah. Looking forward to getting it which should be soon. Having just beaten Gonzo I think when I continue the game tomorrow morning, when I walk out from the fight room I should be on top a cliff introducing me to the glider.
Yessir the game is amazing sofar i got up like 5 a.m., been playing almost 5 hours. There is so much to learn and sooooo much stuff to explore.. still learing how to fight and deflect and send back. 😂
There is a learning curve and good skill gap. It's gonna be a fun ride doing all the great things

Hold r1 and up to switch. So you are able to start a combo than switch mid combo. You need the skill to do that BTW. Video coming this week for that.

That outfit is the Pre order bonus, once you reach the longhouse you unlock it but someone told me its out there to get in game also. I havent looked into how to get it that way so google it and come back with answer so others can learn the in game version. assuming its by beating a fugitive or something?

What armor are you wearing?
At the ton of making this video I swap to any high armor mostly. as far as the look of armor that is IGA pre order outfit. you can go to redesign in longhouse and transmog best outfit you like that way you can swap armor pieces anytime and your look stays the same. thanks for watching btw hope that helps?
Is it possible to make the default character skin my outfit for the entire game but still level up my skin.
Outfits can be put on as transmog. No need to upgrade them. As far as other stuff yes. Hope I understood that question?
@MagGamerInc I do except I don't quite understand the word you used transmit.
Yes u can lock any outfit or piece of clothing on your character in your longhouse. As long as you have picked it up then you can wear it. You can still equip different gear items you pick up but your character will always look the way you set it at your long house
transmog means you can you can do into the longhouse and into the redesign put on outfits there and no matter the equipment you put the clothing will be the ones from redesign.

How do you get more greatsword styles
Main way if through the bond system. Find the people who have great swords for rewards and do as I say in my videos about building bonds.
Yea man appreciate the grind definitely, but this game is just weird don’t see the reason of the grind it needs major work
Can you animation cancel attacks into parries?
Yes as far as I can tell most things can cancel into parries
You can Counterspark mid-animation. Should be all of the Combat Styles.

So idk what I did but I reset my points and I lost my skills for ryu hayabusa stance like I had the triangle and the Square butt once I got to the next region I lost them sonow idk what to do to get them back plz help ???
