In today's video, I look at some simple techniques for creating prison cars. If you've ever been interested in the death race films, or making a warden gang for gaslands, these tricks should help you put together your coffin cars ;-)

Just getting into Gaslands, played Car Wars many many moons ago when I was a wee lad in '86. Love your videos and how you explain what you're doing and why you're doing it. Started painting miniatures back in '79 and I just bought my first 10 cars today! Now I have 2 new websites to get parts, been looking over them loving what I'm seeing will be making orders in the next few days. I would love to send you pics of my creations but I don't see how. Awesome build, I customise and restore a lot of vintage diecast models and I love the wasteland/post apocalyptic look. Just wondering if you'd be interested in a donation of Hot Wheels/Matchbox and similar cars? i've got a big box full which might be handy for your projects but are no use to me - would rather you got some use out of them rather than binning them!
Don't bin them! Donate them! 😂 I already have more than enough, but I must recommend you donate them to a local charity or good will 😉

Cool vid dude. One thing ive found is that when gluing bars on is that if you get a bit sloppywith the super glue, once its dried and you spray/paint, the glue looks like rough/bad welding, which goes quite well on beat up looking vehicles like warden etc.
On these smaller builds it can all work in your favour 😉
Nice video. For the barbed wire, one option it's the security wire for seals (don't know the right name in English, sorry), at this scale it's perfect

It's the HotWheels custom '71 El Camino. There's some part of the 2020 collection. I have a couple. Found at Walmart.
I love everything about it , except for one teeny tiny eency weency detail...the a.k.47 on the back.
imo ditch that gun and add a flat iron back. perhaps some might call it a "tombstone"?? what!? did i just go there? oh no mr JH ! lol
