Thanks to you to take time to simplefy the process of normalising sound in a playlist, I can ear the you have a eastern Europeen accent, my wife is Russian. We live together in Canada now,as I'm Canadian. Thank for your help Reggie
No problem, I try to make videos simple to understand 😁. I am from central Europe, Slovenia to be exact 🙂. Cool and if not an secret, how did you two meet❓ When I read Canadian... right away my mind went to Stargate SG-1 series and Canadian character Rodney McKay 🤣😂. I am glad video helped and thank you for watching. Feel free to check out my other videos, you may find something interesting to you 🙂.
"Apply gain to files content" - this operation alters irreversily the content of your audio files. In order not to change the audio, I did this: 1) Select all songs in the list-> ReplayGain-> scan per-file track gain -> Update File Tags 2) Preferences: Playback-> Source mode: track Processing: apply gain and prevent clipping according to peak
For playing only okay and thanks for the info 😁. This video is intended to directly edit the audio files and also making files backup just in case. Have a great day 👍
@@ilovelove1111 heey there 👋😁. Honestly I never used Audacity for volume normalizing before because I saw Foobar2000 easyer and because it is just files drag and drop + couple pf nouse clicks and voila 😁👍. I can say, I did tens to houndreds MP3's at once and it just works 😁. So by my experience Foobar2000 does it simple, quick and efficiently. Thank you for your kind words 😎
Hello! Thank you for the video. It was very helpful. I do have one question. Where can I find the Mp3-files on my computer, once they are all done normalizing? Do I have to save them out of the programm on to my computer again? I hope you can explain me. Thank you in advance!
No problem, I am glad it helped. 😁 I do not know if I said in the video but original files gets updates so it is best if you make a copy of musics and normalize a copy so that way you have previous and after 😁
Thanks for the video . I can actually do this but it won’t scan my tracks so I can’t see the differences in volume before I apply the process . Any idea why it won’t scan the tracks before hand ?
No problem 😁. I have no idea. So far every single MP3 was successfully scanned. Quick Google search was not succesfull. Try searching and maybe writing on reddit or directly to program maker or something. If you find an solution please write an answer here 😁 thanks.
