  • The Japanese Tea Ceremony: a ritual from the past which celebrates serenity, simplicity and the flow of motions and spirit in a tiny tearoom. Its atmosphere is filled with a sense of sharing - not only a cup of tea but also a slice of cake.
It is not simply a matter of heating some water and adding Matcha. It is a search for infinite beauty.
    It is a spiritual art.
It is an ancient ceremony, which dates back to the 16th century.
There is a phrase in Japanese: "Ichigo ichie", which means
“Every encounter is unique and unrepeatable”.
    Just like this tea ceremony.
By adding Matcha green tea to his recipes, Loison Pasticceri elevates the sense of taste while also enhancing the sight, stimulating the sense of smell and satiating the palate completely.

Buona giornata .. Dario L
