Thanks. I think, this set will be released as part of the tram tour scenery, Alien Encounter also (working on it right now). Not sure about Harry Potter yet...

So what’s the key, how can I make and animate models on Sketchup and Blender?

Have you made any models / animation with SU or Blender yet? If yes, you need plug-ins like the ase-exporter for SU or the modxml-export module for Blender to transfer them to the game. Tutorials are at shyguysworld.
