Please - why do you feel that way? In my state of Karnataka BJP never had a Brahmin leader of any stature as far back as I can remember. They have won elections multiple times. Anant Kumar perhaps was a Brahmin but he was pushed out to be a central minister and never allowed to enter state politics - which is perfectly fine with me. Modi, Yogi, Shah , Shivraj - these are definitely not Brahmins. Not sure about Nadda. With Congress we have just one family which claims to be “Janeu Dhari” has ruled all these years. No comparison at all.
In Gujarath there is no liquor shops since 1962. Because of prohibition tobacco, cigarettes, beedi sales are also very less. Crime rate is very less. People are concentrating on their business, industries etc., Negligible corruption. So, state is going ahead positively in all sectors. You people need liquor shops, bars, arrack, toddy everything. So automatically states will be backward. Per capital income will go down. Crime rate will be high. Moreover used to elect highly corrupt selfish politicians as the ruler. Encourage family rule.
