I am going to start my own trucking company, i am going to run non cdl. so you have the most helpful of channels
Yeah bro your channel is great. I appreciate the time you take to explain everything. I’m a CDL driver looking to start up my business but this was my only question I needed answered
A bro if your making 60 or more as a semi driver just stay as a w2 employee or buy a rig don’t do hotshot I’m a semi driver and I let this guy along with other hotshot RUclipsrs get me hyped …I been doing hot shot and after diesel and payments and expenses I’m left with 1800- 1500 a week less when maintenance issues happen I was making that as a w2 driver a week with medical insurance, paid vacations and 401k and I was home more…I’m trying to sell my equipment to jump back into a rig
Great information...!!!!
Keep safe out there...!!!!
Thanks, I’m trying to get the info out there. Everyone has there own choice on who to factor from but I took a chance with this company and it’s worked out so far. Thanks for the compliment
All this good information I’m stockpiling for when I start. Great video.
That’s what I did. And when you start, start with a vengeance. It’s a hustle at the beginning then it’s a grind. Good luck man I hope you get in and it works out
What is a vengeance, sorry I’m also about to start my LLC very soon and I’m literally planning everything out before I open so I can move really quickly at the beginning without any mistakes along the way! Great video btw, very helpful!
Thanks for the content.
Appreciate you I have more recent number coming soon with CDL set up.
Appreciate this video. I know how to drive truck and all the aspects to the trucking side of things. As a new owner op it’s the business side, the logistics and paperwork i don’t know. So these kind of videos, I think are more important, are what I’m trying to find. Not to many out there.
Everyone on youtube always using these big factoring companies that carer nothing about you. I went and found me a locally owned business to support!
You can do a Quick Pay as well, almost the same fee as factoring companies paying usually in 3 days, in some cases even earlier. There are companies that they offer 0% QP
2.50 ….3 stops to Denver 😬😬 deadzone better be over 3.00 a mile for me to even think about going that way
Thanks!
Your welcome
Great stuff, make a vid on load securement bro🙌🏽
You can't put out too much on load securement!
You should get a referral fee for RTS. I'm signing up today.
Yup just got one last week and attached it to this video. thats for the suggestion. not that a get practically anything but any bit helps
Always enjoy your videos I’m only 25. I hope to be out on the road within the next 5 years. That’s the goal.
Get your DOT number now then dont wait!
Search 'Tex Garcia' here on the tube, dude has a video on how to age your authority so you will be ready to start
I have been wondering the same thing how do you get paid after the haul thanks for posting this
I’m glad you liked the vid. I wondered the same before I got started and thought that now that I understand the process more I should spread the word. Thanks n
Can I still use my pickup truck for personal use, do I keep the eld in the truck brother?
What % do they take per invoice?
How do you get paid from the D rated shippers? Like seeing the full process would be helpful 🤝🏽
Haha almost seems like an "if" you get paid kinda thing
I have 2 dump trailers in Madisonville TX, coming to Barnesville ohio, 1200 miles can pick up 1-3-2023 can you do and what is your rate?
How big are the dump trailers?
You didn't say how much the factoring company charges?
Sorry, so when I first started they were charging 4% which is horrible. But once I started doing over 10k a month they dropped it to 3%
How do you figure your taxes into your income?
IRS can't kick your front door down when you live at truck stops.
Just kidding, they will murder you no matter where you're at
They gave you 2.50 a mile because Colorado is a DEAD ZONE with no freight.
And thats a cheap rpm for going to Denver f that
@@blasmaritzadelagarza8808 It really is Florida and anything past West of Omaha is a no go zone for me. ❌
How much is their take for floating you the $?
2.75%
@@Babylionhotshot that’s great considering the work they do to collect, etc and you can write off the expense! Good find thanks for sharing!
45 day's ? Noooooo thanks !
I'll wait til the following Friday after my dropping off day.
I'm not working for myself to wait to receive what I worked for.
I really want payment before I'm unloaded but I know this is expecting a lot.
I will be hauling car's.
Even to get paid they all want to get their hand in the cookie jar
You still happy with RTI?
I just applied to them. Used you as a referral. Thanks for the video.
Yes since I’m grossing more than 10k a month now I’m getting 3%
But yes happy with what they offer. And I haven’t received any compensation for throwing their name out there but I like them
Way to go!!! You desperately need Promo SM.
