Clermont Waterfront (Florida) 5k Parkrun

WOW... never thought id get an international park run under my belt, but this was an opportunity i couldnt miss.
Still sore in some areas from completing the dopey challenge, i had already had a few days to recover (But spent it going round all the theme parks instead!) and this was the day i had to fly home.
An evening flight meant i had the chance to take in clermont waterfront. Approximately 45mins from hotel, i set off early (As parkrun start 07:30 there!) and decided to give it a go.
Could i have stayed in bed and tried for one last VQ for Tron or Guardians.... yes, and perhaps i should have but i couldnt miss the opportunity to get this international parkrun badge.

Wow, I can't believe you went for another run after doing Dopey and WDW! My legs would've been toast! Well done... looks like you had a really good time😊

To be fair Karen I would have usually left it but this was my final day in America and I really wanted that international badge for USA. There was a lot of aching body parts but it was great to be able to participate in a parkrun over there and would totally do it again
