I solved my problem. When I pulled the rubber boot back over the connectors I must have accidentally unplugged one of the signals. Works like a charm, thank you very much for all the excellent videos and super customer service! You guys are top notch!
Installed the MDH tail light with the sequential turns built in for my z125 pro. Kept my oem front turn signals. Was having issues with slow flash rate (3 secs interval) for the turn signals front and back when the engine is running. But when the engine is off, flash rate is normal all around. Purchased & installed the TST Industries relay, got rid of the MD subharness and next thing you know....BooYah!! All my turn signals are functioning properly at the adjusted rate I want it to be whether the engine is on or off. Subharness - 0, TST relay - 1.. Thanks TST Industries
Very helpful video. Clear, slow, and very handy for even a gen z like me. I will say however, that the green interior within the grey housing of the relay didn’t come out so I pulled it out with pliers and I have no problems.
Last night I installed the TST Industries integrated tail light on my Z125 PRO which worked great! Today I installed TST front flush mount signals with the relay and I tested everything once the relay was in place and everything looked good until I finished buttoning things back up. I tested again and now the front and rear signals don't flash. Please help! Thank you.
just get my led flash relay today at tst.the video i watch is diferent.the one you send to me is the the wire is in negative terminal..so i open the the relay ive got and find the positive terminal
We don’t sell a Gen-2 relay for this bike. It sounds like you may have purchased the incorrect relay. Our customer service team may be able to help you out so just send them an email and they will work accordingly when we return to the office to get you sorted out.
If you add the relay with only integrated tail light and stock front turn signals do you retain dash indicator? If not would you retain it using the load balancing resistors? If so how many resistors are needed? 3? one each for rear signals and one for brake light?
I believe you will retain the dash indicator with one set of LEDs and our relay but not both. If you use resistors, you would need a resistor on each of the individual signals but you would retain the dash indicator. The brake light and running light would be unaffected as they would not need resistors.
i just install a led flasher on my kz125 pro with a resistor and work good..then i order a pair of tst front led flasher and install it but didn't work..it is ok if i get your relay and install it with the resistor remain at the rear flash
We do not recommend using our relay while resistors are installed in parallel with any signaling circuit on the bike. If you use our relay please remove the resistors.
That Z125 does not have a hazard function on North American spec models. If you have a hazard function, the signals should still function correctly but we cannot confirm nor deny that claim without having the bike in house.
Installed your front and rear leds on my z125. Lights came on to test then installed the led relay in the kit now no turn signals come on at all. Any ideas?
The same Gen2 flasher relay we sell for the Z800 fits the Z900 (at least in the USA market). The installation is easier than in the video you made a comment through. The relay on the bike is just aft of the battery, and the installation is as simple as removing OE unit and replacing it with our Gen2. We will be rolling out with some videos for the Z900 early next year, and the relay video is on the list, but for now if you want to see a diagram where your relay is you can find fiche on a Kawasaki dealer site and go to Chassis Electrical section. The part number is 27002A.
TSTindustries Works like a charm! I installed the Gen2 flasher relay on my 2017 Kawasaki Z900 for the front/ rear turn indicators and maintained the signal indicators on instrument cluster as well. Great product, thanks!
If you change the OEM signals to LED type then your signals will not flash at the correct rate. By installing this relay system you circumvent the OEM flash circuit and then can get the proper flash rate from your signals.
That is correct. The indicator on the dash does not work when using this relay. But you can see the signals working right in front of you so technically the indicator light is redundant.

you're welcome. It's wonderful to hear that our parts fixed your issue. Thanks for posting that.

Thanks again. Video was on point.
Great video. Love the detail, instructions. 👍🏽
I had one installed..Front 12 o’clock position people cant see my turn signal especially the headlight always on..i put my stock back on..
If i got you're led flushmount and you're integrated tail light do i have to buy two of those things? (One for the back and one for de front)
You will only need one for the entire signaling system.

Are you saying that you had to take out the wire from the plug, and put it in the other plug location?
I bought the Gen2 - how does this fit the Z125 ?

what should i do then?take out the resistor for the rear flash
Does it matter which relay I get will the TST 2 Pin LED Flasher Relay Gen2-F work?
I have attached below the relay you will need for your bike: tstindustries.com/TST-LED-Flasher-Relay-2017-Kawasaki-Z125.html
Only problem I've had is my indicator for my turn signals on the display doesn't work anymore.
Wiring is different on a 2022 kawasaki z125 pro, so how do I deal with that you guys have no updated info
Did you happen to figure it out. Dealing with same issue on a 23'
Yo what about the hazzord function?, and the no sig on the display with led all around really is a deal breaker. Idk maybe im just picky

Please contact our customer support. Our guys will troubleshoot with you and get you going.
what if all four front and rear flash is leds it your relay works on it?
It will make them flash but the dash signal indicator light won't operate if you don't keep at least one pair of incandescents on.
can a regular h4 led bulb work for the headlight?
Sorry, we haven't tried that on this bike so I can't tell you for sure.
Do you have the same set up for the ZR900 ABS?
From my knowledge of powersports equipment a ZR900 is a snowmobille. What vehicle are you asking about?
@@TSTindustries I'm referring to the big brother of Z125, 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS.

If I change the front and rear to led do I need 2 relays ???
You will only need one.
Is it supposed to come with a heat shrink? Because mine did not!
Please give our customer support guys a shout through our website. They will get this straightened out for you.
So I added the relay everything went smooth but I noticed that my light on my dash doesn't work now. Why is that
Do you mean the signal indicator light? If so, that’s because of the way the relay works on this particular model. We mention it in this video.
Does it even flash in the back
One relay...all signals on the bike. Yes, if the front slashes then the back does because it is the same circuit
but why the engine light is ON after using the LED signal lights ??? HOW To MAKE It OFF ???
You must have disconnected something unrelated to the signals, but related to the engine. Check over your wiring.
With the flush mount LED's you wont need the Dash indicator because you can see the flashing easily.
That was our contention but we needed to make that really clear in the video because it is a system limitation this relay doesn't get around.
ok tnx..im gonna order 1 tst relay then so that i can do the rear and front led flash
インジケーターはつかなくなるの?

Would get one and a set of front led indicators BUT $ 75 us / $ 100 AUS Freight no thanks ;((
If I add a relay to the rear led in addition to my front leds will I retain my dash indicator?
An answer on this would be nice, looking to install all three sometime soon
