- Learn how Traceroute works and why the results are more complex to interpret than you might think. Learn the tricks of analyzing traceroute results. You will learn the importance of router DNS names, router types, router locations, and why they are keys to better understanding traceroute results. Why would you use TCP protocol to use in your Traceroute vs. ICMP? Understand the importance of network boundaries, MPLS networks, and how load balancers impact your Traceroute results. Once in a wile you will see "latency" when watching RUclips videos with that jitter noise as the data comes from the CDN
You are correct, CDN is often the problem.
