That is clearly an inadequate drainage system as there are not enough outlets. However great effort, such a pity that there is no one helping!

Wouldn't have taken much to maintain the place! They'd cry very fast if it got flooded.
They would walk through it, cycle through it, drive through it.... without doing anything! They should give you a little money for doing it.

I think they need a better drainage system for this place, They one a very good on digging out a ditch so it could drain. ( Mississippi Gulf Coast, USA).
