How to get Master Ball on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald (720p HD)

This is a guide to get Master Ball on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
If the cave is closed on your game, you can't get it, it's to late.
If you want more Master Balls you can clone the Master Ball. ONLY POKEMON EMERALD!!!

5 ways to get Master Ball:
1. Inside Aqua Hideout
2. Trade it from a friend. (If you play Pokemon Emerald, you can clone it then send one Master Ball back to your friend)
3. 1th price in the lottery in Lilycove City. (it's very very very hard to win)
4. Use cheats like Gameshark or Action Replay. (Not the safest way. Not recommended)
5. Or you can start a New Game.

I... I never knew about the Masterball until a year or so after I defeated Team Aqua.
Like, once and for all.
... Yeah I got kinda pissed.
those time balls are all kinds of useful on legendary. however the dark ones are as good at night right off the bat.
I can't imagine how many people raged after finding out tht this was the only way to get it legit and the cave gets sealed off
@furkyy10 well if you want to know it will help you get ur pokemons levels booted BIG time. you will need to use an acro bike for this. k leave any two pokemon in the day care. go up to the mudslide in the desert (route 111 i think). get a coin and a hair bobble. close the gameboy and put the bobble on going vertically down the gameboy. put a coin between the screen and the up button and the bobble should hold it down. the coin might fly out so be careful. do this for 8-10 hours for full results
@cortes1988 you can still catch latias just get a crobat get it to lvl 55-70 and make sure it has the move mean look and make sure he is first in your party so after you beat the elite four and shut off your t.v's at home and see latias in the wild use mean look on him on the very first turn with your golbat and then make another one of your pokemon put him to sleep than just do what you want and catch him. So you can still get latias or latios depends if you have saphire or ruby hope this helps
@cardmad123 rayquaza huh? well i rly needed the master ball for latios but i havent found him. and rayquaza cost me only four ultra balls! what i did (this is to help) 1: put him to sleep (i used slakings yawn) 2: weaken him (i used solrocks rock slide) 3: throw an ultra ball (took me 4) 4 when in the ball do this (it might not work) when it shakes to the left press right and when it shakes to the right press left. hope this helps!

on my first playthrough i didn't know about the master ball
so i had to catch every legendary with a ultra ball and it was a pain
Use a Pokemon with False Swipe. False Swipe leaves the target with at least 1HP.
Pokemon who can learn False Swipe:
Cubone: lv.33
Farfetch'd lv.46
Grovyle: lv. 53
Marowak: lv.39
Nincada: lv. 25
Sceptile: lv.59
Scizor: lv. 16
Scyther: lv. 16
Zangoose: lv. 55
A lot = about 30 to 50 Ultra Balls.

I heard there was 2 master balls in emerald? one in aquas hideout and the other one you could win somewhere but I don't know where
you have to get it before you catch up to the boss cuz then the boss leaves and the cave closes leaving the masterball inside
@cardmad123 well you need to get the third badge. and look around in different houses in mauville till u find it. talk to everyone you see. the guy will look like a scientist. and i started over. just got my first badge. and cuz i tought shroomish bullet seed it pwnd both of roxannes pokemon! and i now have combusken. oh yh sometimes i dont use legends. cuz me i love a good challenge and legends can make it too easy

@chimcharstar you can do it with ultra balls, its just tougher.
You can buy a Gameshark or an Action Replay on Ebay.

@knubbis145 you need to go up to mt.pyre and find the 2 old people at the top of it they should give you the magma emblem and there should be an opening once you get to the hideout .hope this helps!!

@TheBillerkiller1996 Soft reset the game when you get to him. Look up "soft reset" and some of the videos may help.

Rayquaza is hard to catch. Just use a lot of Ultra Balls. And you have to be very patient.
@pencilpoint100 Nope just get a shit load of ultra balls and chuck them at the legendary make sure you save before you like attack it or what ever
@cardmad123 you have to beat flannery. and i just got my 3rd badge. i used my combusken, breloom and aron. i thought aron could survive voltorb but nooooooooooooo.
oh? i've heard that if you get 6 jackpots in a row at the game corner or something like that you can get a masterball.
ofcourse i've never tried it or succeeded at all, but thats what i've heard.

I finished the game and everything (beaten the Pokemon league) caught Rayquaza with an ultra ball and bam my cave didn't get sealed off so i got it :)
the silly thing is that when the cave was closed on mine the next day a friend told me that in there was the master ball
anw i have all the legendary and 1-2 of them was caught with poke balls and 1 with great ball

Can someone explain to me how to get the team aqua hideout open? I think it has to do with those dot things on the rocks in a cave but I have now clue. Can someone tell me please! I need it quick because I would really like to get Latias and others.
The cave isn't closed for me, but when I enter the cave, 2 Aqua dudes block my way when I get onto land. I just beat May. Is there anything else I need to do?
You should be able to go back in, everyone will be gone but you can still get it.
where can i get more mater balls on the game boy?

No. If you use the Master Ball, you can't use it again.
But, if you have Pokemon Emerald, you can clone the Master Ball. Read the Video-description.

rayquaza can be caught with other balls mind you, id stock up lol it took me ages i saved before i tackled it in case anything went wring must have taken me bout an hour and a half.
When I got there I picked up the nugget etc but didn't get a master ball

@furkyy10 ah well. i started over in my game (ruby) a while ago and now im doing the day-care cheat. i pwnd norman. i had a level 53 breloom and a level 58 zangoose for emergancy. anyway glad i could help. did you use AR or something to get all those master balls and rare candies?

To buy ultra balls go to a town called feree I think anyways it starts with a Fe
if u do the lotto and you get first you get one but without hacking you cant
I had to restart my friends game so I can get the master ball then clone it... Still only at 2 badges but im set on cloning tons of masterballs and catching ever legend in here =]

thats cuz you beat team magma basically before getting it. i have the same thing, i wanted to just use a master ball on rayquaza in ruby since hes level 70 but i cant.
