my guess is the studio didn't have the funds to do the polishing stage so they released it in early access.
Likely, the game might be a mess/unfinished - but its so FUN, I'm loving it.
Console need to have advance graphical settings beside the console preset so when the dev doesn't give a fuck about optimization. The user can tweak all of that all alone while waiting the dev to optimize the games.
Completely agree. They have different graphics and fps settings for pc I don’t think it would be a big deal to put those on console
I think it would actually take more work to program advanced graphical settings. You'd have to touch up and polish every single setting vs. doing it once for a console with very specific hardware.

All versions need to lower their native resolution and lock it at a lower resolution, Series X needs to lock the resolution at 1440p also a 40FPS mode is a great idea, they can have the resolution at 1520p lock at 40FPS with a 120hz vrr support..
I have played for almost 2 weeks on series x. Turn your draw distance down and turn motion blur off. Completely restart the game. Should permit satisfactory performance results
There’s a crazy game breaking glitch IMO going around on series x. (Don’t know about x) where when my friend on his x joins the lobby the sky will Legit glitch and flicker along with some terrain. Mine was doing it first but now his is too. Ive seen other online talk about it. Hope they fix it. (I’m on series x as well)
I think that palworld should do what sonic frontiers and DBZ Kakarot do and have a option to have graphics on quality or performance. Performance gives it the potato graphics that Xbox one has but allows it to run at 60 fps or maybe even 120 on serise X. And Quality could give it the graphics that serise X has but makes it run at maybe 40-30 fps (only for serise X/S)
Xbox one is ancient Hardware. This feature wont do much for you in the long run. a Steam deck can run better lmao

Pokémon-like games approved for Nintendo consoles include Digimon, Yokai Watch, Temtem... and many others.
Be that as it may, it would be difficult to run this game on the Switch's hardware capabilities.
Still, I'm surprised that even Series X can't reach 60fps.
Optimization is everything
Yeah, but Palworld is clearly a direct competitor at the moment. The only way I could see Nintendo buying them out is if they wanted to sabotage Palworld from the inside or maybe use some of their talent to help improve Pokemon. Heck, maybe this is why every competitor you named didn't get anywhere near as far as Pokemon.
Nintendo may allow Pokemon-like games, but I doubt they want it to directly compete with Pokemon unless it somehow far surpasses Pokemon in popularity, cultural influence, merch sales, and etc.

I think it's like ~30, sometimes freezing, but really playable
I'm on the xbox one s, not the series, and putting the game on an ssd made it crash far more often. Once they add cross play I'm moving my pals to pc
more often or less because I'm in the same boat. I have the xbox one s and it crashes sooooooo bad and sooo much its annoying. I'm also waiting for cross play so I can move everything to my PC

my gtx 1650 laptop just 50k inr performs much better in low settings 80fps medium 60fps high 40 to 60fps and extreme 30 to 40 fps i own x box game pass version of the palworld

Anyone knows why my palworld on the series s keeps crashing? It used to crash when entering a dungeon (when playing with other people, but it sometimes just crashes if we are either too far apart or ive been playing for about 20-30 minutes. I dont mind not playing with others but the crashing is getting annoying
I saw on reddit that turning off multiplayer helps

Do not recommend this game on Xbox at all when your at end game the map is always missing parts you just go through some of the map some of the time and obviously no 60 fps game is fun but is not even worth trying on Xbox for now

Xbox is running at a higher resolution, though it is suprising that my rog ally gets 50-60fps(70-80fps at low 720p 30watts) whilst the xbox consoles are just running it at 40-45fps.
Yeah I have no issues on my rog ally playing this game, I play at 720P getting about 45fps medium settings and no crashes
The Steam version runs twice as good on my gaming laptop as the GamePass version. It’s a few patches behind. Expect some serious optimization soon.

If you download the game pass version on PC you can play with Xbox players we have 3 people in our server just randoms building and enjoying life so we technically created the first cross play servers 😂
