Can you please clarify this for me? The inlay needs to be sewed on the front keeper first before it sewed onto the bag? Therefore, the holes don't need to be punched on the bag for that particular inlay part? I think I'm overthinking this but I'll watch this part of the video again
I haven't bought the pattern yet. I always try to watch the video before purchase. If the inlay needs to be sewed onto the bag, could you have just tacked it down, then punched the holes if you forgot to do them...then remove stitches where you tacked them down. Stitch the inlay to bag, then go around the outer piece? Would that have been easier? I'm no expert for sure, just asking.
Those holes will be on the pattern and the inner seam should be sewn onto the body together with the patch and inlay cover, I just did it in the wrong order but other than that it is exactly as I did on the video :)
