What I like the most about this channel is how it shows the interaction with so many different cultures and how we're all humans in the end. The host is such a funny guy and respectful of the people at the same time.

The more I watch Sonny’s videos the more I like him. Much respect to someone who seems to genuinely try different cultures food. Sonny doesn’t make fun of the hard work these cooks/chefs put into the sometimes stinky food and sauces. He has humor, but no malice in the humor. Great job to his team and Sonny for putting together great videos.

There is a lot to talk about, not just the coffee but also the social aspect of it, you can even link it to the cafe culture in Europe for Western audience

Cooking with soft drinks as ingredients is very common here in Brazil, very sweet ones for cake (as milk substitute) to cola or beer for chicken and meat (it also makes the meat tender)
