This video made me so happy! Nice to see the elderly wisening up, getting cameras & not answering the door to cops. Disgusting watching the cops circling her house, trying the doors & windows just like a couple of burglars. If any of us behaved like that, we'd be arrested for trespassing & attempted breaking & entering.

Problem though it barely takes a court order for any camera feeds you have to be viewed, even feeds in your living room and bedroom(s.) Google ring camera warrants.

Imagine being appointed the new police chief. First order of business to him is to go out there, door by door and make sure you ramp it up a notch the terrorising and frightening the local community. Goes out there, no warrant no call for service but commits two count of aggravated criminal trespassing, breaking and entering while armed with deadly weapons.

Glad this story is on your channel. Lady knows to NEVER OPEN THE DOOR TO POLICE! Make sure you have cameras around your house and that they are out of reach of the police or anyone else, because police have stolen or destroyed citizen’s cameras before.

Doing whatever he wants and arresting people for disorderly conduct any chance he gets. Install a simple rail around the porch with a gate that can be locked, lock the gate and any one wanting to access the porch can not do so with out climbing over the railing it then becomes a trespass.The curtilage is protected from any one entering the property just tell them to leave.The railing makes it easier to trespass if you don't have a fence around your property and a closed gate.Police can not knowingly violate your curtilage with out a warrant so tell them to leave your property.
It's trespassing as soon as they're told they must leave and they fail to do so.

Why does this Chief think building a new relationship entitles him to harrass this lady, sneak around her home trying doors etc casing her home, calling this lady by her first name is rude and then demanding she come out to him at her front door so he can harass her a bit more. Good to see this video going around. This is chief Greg Sutterfield, Duncan PD, South Carolina 29334 USA. I wrote a letter to the chief explaining to him how he has brought shame on his family and how embarrassed they must be right now. He is not a real man. A real man protects the young and old even without a uniform. I suggest you write to him and let him know your feelings.
