So all cities started to expand the sewers and make overrun basins etc. Now the weatherpatterns indeed have changed. It still causes some local problems from time to time, but no disasters. Listen to the science, it pays off.
Last time I renewed my driver's license in Texas I had to show my birth certificate or certified copy. That was about 3 years ago. I have been driving for 50 years. First time ever had to do that.
Same here in IN my married name has been on my license that they issued for forty years but now I gotta bring in my marriage certificate well darn where the heck is that this is how they are keeping people from getting their super ID to vote
In Oregon, we do a lot to deal flooding and winter storms. Portland has and continues to build a massive sewage system to prevent storm runoff into the rivers. They have also done a lot to prepare for the massive earthquake/tsunami we will eventually have but very little money has comes from FEMA or any federal agency. Most of the cost for planning and projects comes from utility consumers and the state. They do always ask for federal help but get very little.
I live in California. It's alright. I recommend, if you come here, Legoland, Knotts Berry Farm, beaches. Other than that, it's not what it seems. In palm springs, it's hot as heck. I feel bad for you guys for having a terrible person as governor.
