Awesome this is what Sparring is all about working on your craft while not taking significant damage in sparring. Unfortunately a lot of time these fighters leave to much in sparring cutting their careers short.
One is a 135 pounder the other is a 168 pounder obviously the bigger guy isn’t gonna go all out

@@BasedNation you a casual, jose is 135 and benavidez is 168 and usually sparring sessions at this level go on for a good ass min. Obviously benavidez turns it up a little in later rounds. This was only a small clip
