Is Waist and Hip ratio is part of Body composition?
Hi John! Yes, in other countries. Those were also included In the Philippines before. But on 2019 DepEd released a revised Physical Fitness Manual and they removed waist and hip measurement. They only put BMI calculation. Do you need to get waist and hip ratio?
@@PhysicalEducationVideosForAll Yes sir we need waist and hip ratio
You can figure out your WHR on your own. To measure it yourself:
Stand up straight and breathe out. Use a tape measure to check the distance around the smallest part of your waist, just above your belly button. This is your waist circumference.
Then measure the distance around the largest part of your hips - the widest part of your buttocks. This is your hip circumference.
Calculate your WHR by dividing your waist circumference by your hip circumference.
Hello po sir ask ko lang po kung paano icompute lahat ng nasa pre test and sa post test
tas icocompute sa BMI
My teacher on M.A.P.E.H send this video to maintain B.M.I
Hi Zhyril! Thanks for letting me know. 😊
How's your BMI result? Stay fit and healthy. 😄
@@PhysicalEducationVideosForAll I'm good and healthy
Good for you! Keep it up! 👌👌👌
Thank you sir💜. I just want to ask on how to identify the THR of every static exercises stretching and dynamic exercises stretching?
Hi Justin! THR or Target heart rate is usually 50% to 85% effort.
STEP 1. Get your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR)
220 subtract to your age. Example: 220 - 16 years old =204 maximum heart rate.
STEP 2. Calculate your resting heart rate by counting how many times your heart beats per minute when you are at rest, such as first thing in the morning. It's usually somewhere between 60 and 100 beats per minute for the average adult.
STEP 3. Calculate your heart rate reserve (HRR) by subtracting your resting heart rate from your maximum heart rate.
STEP 4: Multiply your HRR by 0.5 (50%). Add your resting heart rate.
STEP 5: Multiply your HRR by 0.85 (85%). Add your resting heart rate.
STEP 6: These two numbers are your average target heart rate zone for vigorous exercise intensity
Justin, may nahanap akong video. Ang ginamit dito 65% at 85%. Sana makatulong. ruclips.net/video/BnKamQE1Imk/видео.html
Super thank you sir na appreciate ko po yung pag effort niyong magreply by the way I'm a female g9 student ginamit ko lang account ng kapatid ko dito po sa module namin kasi sabi perform the following exercises tapos idetermine yung THR nung specific na pinapagawa katulad po dun sa static exercise sabi po mag neck stretches naguguluhan lang po ako kung gagawin ko yun tapos kukunin ko lang po yung bpm ko after gawin yun or ilalagay yung nacompute na THR kasi po pag nilagay ko yung nacompute na THR andami pong possible na sagot dun kasi po diba ang THR ng moderate exercise is 40 to 55%
Tama ka. Pwedeng madaming sagot depende sa target mong intensity.
