Sotra
Vågå
and Tromsø - Приколы
Tusen takk, det er veldig kult! It'd be awesome to see a version of this with what Norwegian dialects in Norwegian sound like. I'm Dutch and learning Norwegian and I'd love to know more about what the different dialects sound like, because there are so many, haha. Especially the Oslo and Bergen dialect are interesting to me :) Fantasisk video!
+Sien van Tol Takk, glad you liked the video :) Yeah I would be fun to make one in Norwegian too!
Here's a challenge for you: do the dialect from Bardu, the one from Brønnøysund, and the one from Narvik. Vastly different dialects, even if they're all from northern Norway. Also, they'll all be funny as hell.
And where do you come from sir? Like why do you say this? Have you heard many examples from each of those places?
I live there and totally agree, brønnøy dialect is super funny
@@janeh3134 Sorry for late answer. I live in Narvik, my mother is from Bardu, and have some friends from Brønnøysund.
Ok, Video Part 3, north Norway--Mo i Rana, Bodø etc. Tusen takk!
Tromsø...I pictured Torbjørn Brundtland speaking. Got me laughing, Great job and tusen takk!
+KuulSims Haha! Thanks, I`m very glad you liked it ;)
Have been waiting for this!! Nice work 😁
+FantasticFanatique Yeah it took me a long time to figure out wich dialects I should choose! x) Thank you :)
Norwegian often fail to distinguish between th and t or d, and w and v.
Omg elsker dette! Lo meg ihjel hele tiden ;D Du er syyykt god med dialekter, fra Kristiansand her og jeg kjenner masse folk (ifra andre steder i nærheten) som snakker sånn engelsk!
+Kawaii Neko-chan Haha x) Tusen takk :D Har alltid vært glad i å parodiere så er for det meste sånn jeg har blitt opptatt av dialekter :)
So cool. Friend in Sandnes originally from Haugesund 👍
This was very helpful (not to mention quite humourous).
Tromsødialekten er helt feil. De snakker ganske «pent» og litt slepent i Tromsø. Det er derimot mange spesielle dialekter på yttersida.
Fantastisk stan! keep up the good work :D
+Andrè Røiseland Thank you ;) Kommer flere videoer snart ;)
5:47... Oh my Gosh!!! I love it!
Det er veldig kult! Takk! :-D
+Camille Reyes Tusen takk :D
Fy søren dette er spot on helt riktig
+Benjamin Pedersen Takk takk! :)

Great Video :-) :-)
Spot on!
+Danielle Baden-Powell Thank you :)
Amazing!
+Banana Nation Thank you :)
You should do the Solung Dialect from Finnskogen in Inner Innlandet. Former Hedmark. Close to the border of Sweden.
I wish this guy could make an accents video on every major city in the World :D
this was hilarious!
Vaga: The town of Norwegian Jay Lenos lol Great stuff, Stan :D
Thank you ;)
You know, this was actually educational as well which is good for people who don't know anything about Norway. Thumbs up! Also did you hear about Erlend and Steinjo? Are they popular in Norway?
+KALEIDO jess (Jesselapotter) Thanks :) Yes I have heard about them :) Think they were more popular a while ago :)
I need to go to Tromsø :D
Hmm, apparently people in Minnesota are closely linked to Fredrikstad, because that's basically how they talk.
+TheAmish TechSupport Yeah in Norway we basicly call Minnesota for the Norwegian state because alot of norwegians moved to Minnesota back in the days!
+Stunning Stan Really? That's pretty cool, I never knew about that. Maybe if I want my share of Norwegians without moving out of the States I'll head to Minnesota then.
+TheAmish TechSupport Yeah! :)
Haha 😂 Fantastisk
haha så sykt bra :)
3:57 Yes Kongeparken is tootaaalyyy in Sandnes... XD
Its in Ålgård. Done with that. XP
Hi, can you do the dialect of Haddalvillage, Ulstein in More of Romsdal, Norway? I just met someone from there, whom I like, and his English is a bit different from all these that you have shown. Would love to hear you do it.
+Te Maguaire Hi. I`ll see what I can do if I make a part 3! :)
Omg he is so cute
genialt :P
+MrRemi563 Takk :)
Herregud så bra :')
+Tunerz Haha takk ;)
That Varg Vikernes smirk as your profile pic… a man of culture
is there really so much difference from one place to another?
Yeah there are! I come from the very south of Norway and people from Oslo have a hard time understanding what I am saying!
It's suspected it is because of the tall mountains separating us. It's really wild, sometimes I have to ask people from other places to repeat themselves cause I just don't understand what they're trying to say.
Mye bra :) Me seie ikkje Haugasund, men Haugesund me veldig svake d :)
You killed me by saying soccer 😭

Ah, I see. I couldn't make that out from your accent. I guess that means your English pronunciation is quite good! Although you do sound somewhat Norwegian in general.
