Yup. Anyone. Had a maintenance guy came into my apartment. He stole 1 of my prized VHS video in the 90's. Mentioned it to the leasing office, but nothing happened.
I'm disabled and thought about hiring someone to help me clean but I just can't trust people and decided to live in a house that's not up to my standards instead.
We hired a woman to help with my grandmother's care some years back. She backed a large moving truck up to our house and cleaned us out with the help of her ex and her sons. She got arrested, and we got most of it back, but still lesson learned. Trust no one, no matter how good the recommendations.

She had no idea it was a Rolex Skydweller, but if she had any brains she would have realized that if it was a gold Rolex there’s no way it would be only worth $3000. The fact that the pawn shop gave her $3000 means that the KNEW it was stolen properly. Which means that the pawn shop owner could get into trouble for receiving stolen property.
She most likely has a drug problem. That’s how they are. When they get items like this, the goal is to get rid of it as fast as possible to get cash for their drugs. Over a decade ago, i convinced a druggie whose parents had died to sell me their house for 25% of the houses value. He sold that house so fast it was amazing.

Agreed. I'm 10 years sober from a 20 year run of drugs and alcohol. I never stole or screwed anyone over for my habits. I worked hard so I could play hard. Admittedly, the last 10 years have been easier. Boring, but _easier._

I agree . I’m a senior citizen , and it would have to be life and death for me to have someone clean for me . Even as a woman , and having had some health problems , I take my time , and do it all , even the yard . When you are a senior many people see you as a target automatically.
