Teach yourself to pressure can all your meats. It is very easy and the shelf life is years! If you add your seasoning in the jars as you're canning it the meat will taste very tender and delicious!
That is a great idea! I've been wanting to really explore that and teach myself as much as I can. We just got a food dehydrator, so I plan on teaching myself how to use that too! Definitely so much to learn on this journey! 🤎
Thank you, we still love how it turned out! Here's some info on the stone! -Veneer Dry stack stone (Dutch quality stone is the brand) the smaller stone used on the sides - mortar it to cement board. You don't have to grout around the stones because they fit tightly together. Hearth Stone, the top stone we used, made of concrete. You can pick it up, at almost any hardware store. Slate grey, is the color! I don't have an exact company, but i searched it and Lowes had some, we found ours at a local hardware store! Mortar to cement board as well. You can either put it close together or grout between the tiles. You need to use a grout bag and try to keep it off of the top of the stone, so it doesn't stain! The grout will stain the top of the stone, if it doesn't have a slick finish.
