These women need to realize they are not therapists. Paul gave the best answer he could about his woes, even scratching the surface about an injury he doesn’t want publicized. Aren't there ethics guidelines around this? Are interviewers trained on mental health issues? Who thought it was even a good idea to put Paul on this show? We need a wholesale review of media treatment of celebrities - it's the least they deserve. After all, they're human beings just like the rest of us. RIP Paul, you deserved better than this.

He seemed like a genuinely down to Earth bloke. He had mentioned that he had worked normal jobs then Jane had the nerve to ask that question. I'll bet she wouldn't go out and look for everyday work if she hit on hard times. She ambushed the poor man. Then you had Simon Fuller "paying his respects" when he was a big part of them not making a great deal of money. He leeched money off them and hung them out to dry. You wonder why anyone would want the fame and that lifestyle because it can be absolutely brutal.

@@startracker5895 there is ways to talk about sensitive issues, you don't have to be rude and heartless about them. These women took an unprofessional approach, (specially the bimbo with the soft pink top she should be fired for that) they took this opportunity to humiliate a vulnerable person on TV for exploitation, controversy and personal gain hoping for more view$$$ which is a betrayal and tasteless thing to do.

This interview is exactly why i dont watch loose women. My friend who does radio would have done a better job than that . I feel like she was being so melancholy and negative about his situation. He seemed perfectly fine. She came across condensing and unprofessional to me. Unless she was trying to empathize but didn't come across well. Absolutely no tact or empathy in my opinion. And what a stupid comment to make about his mother. He reacted a lot nicer then i would have. I would have wiped the floor with her. Outrageous. Paul came across friendly, polite, humble and charming. The loose women wanna try that ... My friend said they would have discussed questions beforehand and he could have refused to answer so maybe I shouldn't complain. But I didn't like it. The one thing you don't do is question the parents of the person you are interviewing. Or anyone for that Matter.

There is good spirit in people in this country, but we live in an incredibly punitive system modelled on debt.. My heart goes out to him. He seemed like a really easy going nice person.. Some times it feels like everything is set up to fleece you and not support you... All economic decisions, are political not financial.. Imagine if we had universal basic income, how much destitution would be avoided, reduced suffering. Just seems like its too much of an ask to have a system that supports health care, education and housing. Some shady spiv is always looking to screw you over or huslte you. You see the tension in peoples faces when having to deal with money.. Why not alleviate that.. 😔

Jane Moore and Saira especially should not have done his interview, no sensitivity with questioning whatsoever.
