You can boil the saltfish for five minutes throw away the water repeat it again throw off that water then let it sit in cold water until you are ready to season

Hey next time fry up the onions peppers and then add the saltfish then the ackee. Other than that it looks yummy ☺

Tinned Ackee is already cooked so don't add with vegetables. Suggest you saute veg and add Ackee at the end to earm through. This reduces risk of it breaking down to loik like scrambled eggs

I love making curry chicken with white rice! I love curry goat but dont make it much, I'm always iffy about the goat meat here in the U.S!
