- #ASMR comprehensive physical examination with my beautiful sister 👩🏻. I assess her scalp/hair, skin, nose and throat, lymph nodes, thyroid, abdomen, muscles, cerebellar function and some reflexes. Inspired by OSCE preparation for Naturopathic Medical School. Still working on my technique so don't use it to study please! Some exams were adapted for the comfort of my model.

I’m on the spectrum too. I can relax (fall asleep quite easily) but I don’t need much sleep. 5 hours is enough. I can get by on 3 as long as I can nap for 30 mins mid-afternoon. My mind does not race but I’m always analyzing things.

These are all fantastic and (for me) by far the best triggers I have had in a long time. Real videos work much better for me but you have specifically set these 'real' up to be tingly. Thank you! :)

I really love the realism and professionalism once again as you demonstrate the examination. I like the way you go right into the questions and answer session and writing it down on paper. The sound of the pen is relaxing. This looks to me like a very thorough stress level exam. It is nice to see your sister involved in the roleplay. I think she does a good job as the patient. You have a very soft soothing voice. You have a way of calming people as you speak and conduct the medical exams. I always look forward to your videos because it's guaranteed relaxation.

I love the pen and paper with the clipboard. I went to the doctor a few months ago and they were all using tablets and laptops. Dont think anybody uses pen and paper anymore. But love the sounds they make.
Much, much more *relaxing* and tingly than listening to someone whisper and blow into a microphone.
