There are 4 main key points that a woman must meet to be eligible for marriage in the shariah first and foremost she must have started her menstruation secondly she must be physically ready for the life and tasks of marriage thirdly she must be sexually ready and last but no least she must be mentally prepared. Now clearly Ayasha May Allah the greatest be pleased with her has met all 4 points otherwise he the best of creation would of never broke the law of hes lord and gone against hes sharia. Menstruation is mothers natures way of saying that the female is ready like animals and all living creatures have matured and reached their final phase and are now "ADULTS" therefore all females are ready just like in mother nature when this happens to reproduce but on top of this there other 3 points must be met. They must be physically sexually and mentally prepared now in the law of kuffar they don't see these 4 points to be be the foundational boundaries they state a certain age as a criterion and that's pretty much it, In Nigeria say its 11 years of age UK say its 16. USA in all but two states, a minor can marry with parental consent or with judicial authorisation, with the minimum marriage age, when all exemptions are taken into account, being as low as 14, and potentially lower. Now you kaffirs according to your law can marry a vulnerable young girl who is not ready for sex physically, mentally or sexually as long as she meets the number that is rape according to islam, how dare you use this criteria of age consent to carry out your pedophilia on children without assessing them first that means that you kaffirs can marry a crippled severely disabled girl who is 16 and do what you like to her because according to you guys she meets the criteria but in Islam this type of girl is protected but not under your laws.
