When I was doing Agricultural machine servicing I used to keep a few short lengths of guttering in van to enable me to drain fluids without it covering everything 😊

You would think designers when they fit engines into the likes of cranes and the oil drain bung is above something and there is no direct route to the ground they would stick a tap and tube on it to the ground. Keep that forklift truck spares company in mind for future reference when in you have to find spare for that POS Stihl forklift at Scotty's yard.
You should try the Guy that Welderfabber used for his Forklift because he is a Guy that works on Just Forklifts so he should be able to find All these parts you need for Forklifts all the time so Ring Baz and he should be able to help you.
