"Misletoe can be deadly if you eat it... but a kiss can be even deadlier if you mean it" one of the most iconic lines to Batman returns Michelle Pfeiffer is one of the best catwoman ever though Siouxsie would've made a great catwoman. ❤❤❤👏👏

Bob Ringwood (Costume Designer on Batman, Batman Returns and Batman Forever) done a screen test with Michelle Pfeiffer; which nobody was allowed to see them shoot, they got her all dressed up… Painted her with silicone; gave her the whip, she had stacked 6’ heels on with her face was done with the make-up. The next day they had to go with all the Warner Bros. executives to a screening room; they were all sitting there and this image of Michelle came on the screen and there was just stunned silence… Because there was this unbelievably sexual image of a woman in black, shiny, hand-stitched rubber with stack heels and a whip. He didn’t know how to get out of the room; stuck in the room with the executives not saying anything… He just grabbed his things and as he walked out the room said “not bad gentlemen? Not bad eh?”

His vision along with Burton's unique style and eye for design, made for some of the most trend setting visuals and aesthetic that we've seen in film. Ringwood is easily the godfather of modern/edgy superhero costume design. Without his vision, your Xmen, Spawn, Deadpools and many other cinematic renditions of comic book costume designs over the past 25 years, would NOT have been the same. I'm certain of it.

I think everyone does. And the sad thing is it's not too late for Warner Bros to actually make it happen, but they're too stupid to think it's a good idea. Instead, we'll get a new lousy Batman movie with that kid from the Twilight movies. Keaton is still in good shape to play an older Bruce Wayne and would probably still look good in the Batsuit.
