- De Waterlelie in leiden. Organized by Dependans Leiden. They started this 16 years ago and still it is one of the amazing places to dance the Tango in The Netherlands. I really love this place and the people how organized it. New on my patreon. More of the Demo with Stephanie on our song ;)

What a fabulous structure for dancing. It would be lovely to have a dancing spot at LaLande. Imagine how beautiful to see all of LaLand and guests dancing under fairy lights and music. Romantic to say the least.

De Waterlelie - what a grand pavilion !!! Total architectural inspiration for Lalande’s vision. So lovely to see the dancers dancing, relaxation is the undercurrent with romantic music in the lake setting. Thank you for sharing!

Leiden was the place my ancestors left from to go to Plymouth on a ship like the Mayflower as pilgrims 1638 I think. So I was really excited and surprised you spent time there and know of the area. Beautiful lake park dance pavilion fantastic location Tell or show Stephanie and Isabel okay? It sure inspires my imagination and I do hope it will inspire all of La Lande as well Drive careful stay safe.

Wow! Is Tango really that popular in Netherlands?
I know Amsterdam has Argentine grill restaurants all around the city , but Tango AND Chacarera?
I know your queen is from Argentina but trust me... this music was not part of her upbringing.
Chacarera could be closer to Nati’s area, from the provincial zone and is the gauchos dance.
Those were a nice pair of legs at the dance floor!
Very Argentinian dance, do people travel to Argentina to learn this one?
The guy that DJ that has a ponytail seems to know how to “zapatear” kick/ drag swing his boots, this dance is typical of the interior of Argentina, the milonga of course is from the area of La Boca in Buenos Aires, originally danced by the pimps and women of ill repute, but moved to France with the famous singer Carlos Gardel.
