These simple yet flavorful mexican chicken tacos are easy to make and filled with super juicy, delicious chicken and taco sauce!
This is an easy chicken taco recipe loaded with big, punchy Mexican flavours. No marinating, no fussing with sauce, no need to go overboard with toppings.
Ingredients
•12 Taco Shells
•¼ Iceburg lettuce head shredded
Chicken Filling
•½ cup diced Onion
•1 large Red Bell pepper diced
•1 large Yellow Bell pepper diced
•1 large Green Bell pepper diced
•2 tbsp. Olive Oil divided
•500 grams mince Chicken
•1 tsp. Paprika
•¼ tsp. Cumin
•salt
•2 cloves Garlic minced
Salsa
•½ cup Onion
•1 large Tomato chopped
•¼ cup chopped Parsley
•½ tsp. Chili powder, add more as preferred
•salt
•½ lemon squeeze
Guacamole Taco Sauce
•1 cup Avocado
•2 tbsp. Sour Cream
•½ lemon squeeze
•salt
