Laser Cut Movie Maker's Slate

Inspired by Adam Savage's one day build ( • Adam Savage's One Day ... ) although I had planned on making one of these for a long time. I guess the inspiration was to get off my butt and make it.
All parts are 1/4" plywood, laser cut to fit, wood glued together, finished with spray paint, assembled with 1/4" hardware, and I used self adhesive white memo board film for the writing surface. I just don't like writing with chalk on blackboard so I went with the white board.
