    Please explain how you prepare the bitter leaf. It can be cut up but how do you he rid of most of the bitterness. Where I come from it is pounded and the washed to the desired bitter taste. takes a lot of washing.
    Also my Cameroonian friend prepared her grounding by boiling for about 3 minutes , drying and blending.

    Hello pretty Tee🥰. I have a question. Did you boil the g. nut before blending?

    • @teessecrets2343
      @teessecrets2343  2 года назад

      Yes dear I did...it’s best to boil so the gnut softens and blends easily and also the gnut won’t take so long to cook.

  • @brandonbricks2699
    @brandonbricks2699 2 года назад +1

    Thanks for the tutorial. Can the Gnut be replaced with egussi?

    • @teessecrets2343
      @teessecrets2343  2 года назад

      Well it can...but it won’t a have the same taste and flavor as Ndole should. In cases where you don’t have enough gnut you can add a little egusi to augment. But whatever you do make sure your Ndole at least 80% gnut as the base mixture for the bitter leaf.
      Thanks for watching 🙏
