Hi Tee. I made my first ndole and it's all thanks to you. It came out so well more than what I anticipated. My next stop will be eru 😊. Thank you very much
Well it can...but it won’t a have the same taste and flavor as Ndole should. In cases where you don’t have enough gnut you can add a little egusi to augment. But whatever you do make sure your Ndole at least 80% gnut as the base mixture for the bitter leaf. Thanks for watching 🙏
Please explain how you prepare the bitter leaf. It can be cut up but how do you he rid of most of the bitterness. Where I come from it is pounded and the washed to the desired bitter taste. takes a lot of washing. Also my Cameroonian friend prepared her grounding by boiling for about 3 minutes , drying and blending.
Unfortunately this dish can only be made with peanuts.how ever I can recommend u try Okongobong..it’s similar to Ndole but made with melon seeds and okongobong leaves instead.. check out the video through this link.
@@perpetualattahsunday4463 the groundnut is bought dry from the market. This type of groundnut is a special groundnut which is white in color unlike the regular brown groundnut which is usually fried. This type is usually boiled and not fried

Hello pretty Tee🥰. I have a question. Did you boil the g. nut before blending?
Yes dear I did...it’s best to boil so the gnut softens and blends easily and also the gnut won’t take so long to cook.

The white paste is boiled peanuts (white peanuts) which has been blended to form a paste
