    Eye matches is cloves. 4 corner is Aidan fruit. Pebe is African nutmeg. Black and White piper Nigrum. Njangsa is ricinodendron

    I use white pepper in nearly all my dishes🤣🤣, it is my first spices to always get finish in my kitchen

    -A pinch of Cloves very nice in lemon tea or any tea
    -pebber also called african nutmeg.
    - contri onion also called rondels
    - a bit of rondels also very nice in fish, chicken and pork. Pebe as well, I think u mentioned it.
    - 4 corners so good in chicken, pork... pinch of cloves too.
    - black pepper nice in meat (beef, pork, towel...)

    Ngakanga in Nigeria is called uda or by it's English name grains of selim. Thanks for sharing. We also use njangsa in pepper soup spice mix. We have all these ingredients and use them across Nigeria also. Four corner spice is called Aridan fruit, uyayak, yanghanhanghan, prekese, and I think Tiwa in Ghana. Thanks for sharing

      These spices dont grow in Nigeria it Imported from cameroon already blended and sold on the Nigeria market

    Nice video 👍 Regarding Njangsang, it is also used in Ivory Coast and Ghana. In Ivory Coast they call it "Akpi" 🙂

    Four corner is also used to do Mbongo and Fish in wrapper

    The bakossiqn use 4 corner for their traditional food. I know it's called 4 corner because of it's whole shape before broken. Thanks for sharing.

    Traditional/Village onion 🤣🤣🤣 u won't kill me ohhh.
    I don't know the English names of the ingredients except for cloves.
    I have never used 4 corner to cook mbanga soup instead I use 4 corners for Ekwang and njansa stew.

      It’s actually the same. They call it Penja pepper because it’s grown in Penja.

    There’s a particular hollow rice from Cameroon that has this very unique taste that I can’t just put my finger on it. At first I thought maybe it was a spice they put inside but maybe it’s the type of oil used to cook this rice. Please if you might know it, I want find out

      You can use white pepper and or pebber..pebber is best used when seasoning dry meat

    Bush pepper is different from black pepper, the bush pepper is very hot like normal pepper but black pepper taste different

      Actually bush pepper is locally made and black pepper is usually imported. That’s why they call it China in the spices market in Cameroon
