You did a great job with this project. It brought back a lot of memories. I remember hating the TTL figures when they first came out because they were such a departure from my BCA collection. However, once the Real Scan technology hit it blew my mind. I will always have nostalgia for the Jakks BCA line. I still remember the first time I saw series 1 and 2 at a Hills department store.
I remember being upset that they ended the line. I really wanted Hardy Boys and Dudley boy BCAs. I did get a couple of the titantron live style figures one Christmas it was a team extreme 3 pack where I took the heads off of the Hardys I made my own custom BCAs. I used Vince McMahon's body as the base. Ripped his head off painted the torso black for a shirt. They lookEd pretty decent. Also made a Chris Jericho using one of his Tron heads and I painted the gear that red barbed wire one he wore. And I did a custom American badass undertaker using the bone crunchers 2.0 head and vest and arms. I just love the BCA figures. I wish I could have got them all.
I would give anything to meet Jakks’ sculptor during the BCA/early TTL era. Just an incredible ability to almost never make the figures look like the people they were based on.
@@jacksmith-mu3ee See that’s understandable. ToyBiz was in the market of super hero figs so the NWO looking like jacked xmen villains was in character. The Jakks bca stuff was so lumpy and unflattering by comparison.
@@2ndShiftSupremeOverlord546 that's when I scaled back big time buying figs I'd buy them only for accessories not actual figures Stopped buying Again till Mattel
The thing I really like about these is that both the Jakks BCA WWF and Toybiz WCW figure lines look like they're in scale with each other. Meaning that you could book the ultimate (and better) Invasion match card.
Same❗️❗️❗️ I too resisted the changes when the Hasbro line stopped...💔...nothing else could ever come close to how great and awesome those figures were...🤘🏼💯✔️ Oh, and by the way, that was some pretty funny revenge ya got...🤭...Because I'm certain too that the kid probably kept on believing that lie...👌🏼
aww man the memories i had of that red bone crunching action figure superset with rock, kane ,shamrock and big boss man they were my very first set of wrestling figures and i opened them two days before my 6th birthday because i was so impatient my parents for sure wanted to kill me lol they hid my presents ever since that time. Thank you for letting me revisit my fond childhood memories!!!🥲
I particulrarly enjoyed the later Backlash series from 2002 - 2006ish. I chased the Backlash BCA Hollywood Hulk Hogan and Brock Lesnar for months and never found either. Eventually Backlash transitioned to TTL style. I grabbed a Backlash Shawn Michaels in ring gear around 2006 from a closing KB Toys. Great history! I had that bald Kurt Angle in the later Backlash series, great figure.
Great video!! I used to think I had all of the bone crunching action figures except for Razor Ramon, until I saw this. How wrong I was. I had no idea they even had this many action figures available.
Thank you! There were hundreds for sure! We're manufacturing a few figures ourselves that will look great with the BCA figures! If you're interested, you can find them here: shop.figurecollections.com/category/bone-crushing-wrestlers
Well done project, man. Really appreciate the organization and great detail provided in your videos here. I forgot how much fun I had with these figures. I also recall not liking the titantron figures and being happy with the BCA figures until I grew out of them. Thanks for the memories. Again, great video.
Happy to have put it together! We'll be releasing the video again with all 3 parts put together soon. Also, you can go to shop.figurecollections.com and check out our new Bone Crushing Wrestling figures line! Our goal is to fill gaps in the collection!
Amazing eye! There were a handful of non-wrestling figures that I used in my figure federation back in the day. Some army guy from Remco was my world champ, he had a yellow hook for a hand lol. He's still wearing the world title in my bin of figures :o
Great couple of years for the BCA'S the mail away McMahon and Austin was Awesome! A brilliant progression in wrestling figures and funny how to see they have become more desirable now at an older age, maybe not as appealing as Hasbro's but there is defiantly an attraction there! Great video!
This was a great 3 part series. So much nostalgia for me for figures that I sadly no longer have. Thanks for the memories. Would be awesome to see a continuation of this series that goes beyond BCA. I was hoping you would touch on those Maximum Sweat figures 😂
Never seen the Debra in a white suit before. Was this an exclusive? Amazing set of videos. Never had a lot of wrestling figures but owned a few bone crunchers. Memories.
I may be wrong but I think you missed the Yoko in white with a beard. I think he may have been a KB toys exclusive. Love the videos by the way. No shade.
I was obsessed with the first waves of bone crunchers, but as time went on, the amount of recycled parts, inaccurate ring attire and awful head sculpts soured me on the line.
Great stuff man, thank you for your knowledge. I would like to have a breakdown video by each year of all WWF action figure releases from the attitude era. I am interested in finding the first action figures of characters.
Cool idea! I might continue on and cover the figures released in 2000 (plus all the ones from the 'Titan Tron' style that I didn't cover). I think Futurama is next but anything after that is fair game!
@@FigureCollections its amazing how you put this together so well. Look forward to what you have in store next! Nothing like collecting those bca's. So nostalgic.

They milked they hell out of Steve Austin figures lord.. HBK was my favorite from 96-98 it was so hard to find his figures, not only that. jakks didn’t make enough attires for Shawn.
wcw had better figures, the wwf figures are iconic, but you could do a lot more with the wcw Smash and slam figs. was fun to collect both to do the Monday night war and a PROPER INVASION
Fun fact the Only non switch Kane and HbK are rare m hard to find backlash hbk I'm Texas gear is a slammers figure but no action and entirely BCA style! And only 2 no switch on back Kane, but did they ever make a BCA Dude Love with no switch just all BCA?
