@scripting ok, I figured it out, just create a new part, name it head, make it invisible, and then add the diologe to the invisible part. Then I just positioned the part to where it makes the chat bubbles be above my images head. sending this reply just in case anybody else will be having trouble and looks at this comment.

You can use a billboard gui
@scripting I added a dialog and typed in the stuff but the question mark is not appearing above the top when I play test? Why is this happening?
It might be because the Name has to be Head and it must have a Humanoid inside of it or something. Not sure
