Kathy and Allan kids are very calm and collected. A sign of well raised youngsters.
This is inspiring. Although i knew one can layer the ratatouille with the sliced potato and white sauce as a vegetarian dish, i did not know one can add bacon and cook it as you have done. Thank you for your time. I have been wondering how to include courgette in my home dish, watching this has inspired me.
Rev Cathy, i started watching your videos yesterday by chance. First was the one with Apostle Felix Okoh and found myself watching more today. I love your person and could not resist subscribing to your channel.
Please accept my condolences on the passing of Bishop Allan. I pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort you, the children, grandchildren, the extended families and the church. Amen.

I made this today and it was absolutely delicious. I didn’t have bacon but had garlic salami and it was a good substitute. For fish masala I used ground cumin,turmeric and coriander powder.
Pastor Kathy is so much fun as a person haven't met her but her persona in this video is so grand.. and that recipe please share in writing...

Its sad to see people being so critical. There are those who do not see any good in anything! Pastor Cathy, you can cook too!!! Trying this recipe tonight but i will use the ingredients that i have.
I love the cooking project... I love Cathy and Stephanie together...what a mother and daughter bonding opportunity. But as far as cooking vegitables like zucchuni and eggplant that long, i am not sure... Probably it is delicious😅😅

I agree that the food is not healthy, but a lot of people are still learning about what is healthy and what it’s not. The thing is, food that is healthy most times doesn’t taste good. We’re told not to over cook food or eat vegetable oil but only God’s grace will deliver us. I know I would have enjoyed what they made😋😋😋 cos I love my cheese.

Not cucumbers but zucchini mixed with eggplant...plus bacon ..looks good. Will definitely try the recipie. I would probably dryfry the bacon first just to get rid of fat before I mixed it up in there. What type of cheese are you using?

I tried the ratatouille recipe today. It was amazing. I added red and yellow peppers. I have a feeling that it will be a regular request from the family from now on.
Tip about the eggplant, it absorbs a lot of oil.
So if you have an oven or airfryer, just toss them in a little oil and bake or airfry for a short time.

They really tried when it comes to hygiene, at least they washed their hands. Food we eat from restaurants are bad when it comes to hygiene. Applause for them!
