GOLDILOCKS BRAZO DE MERCEDES/HALF RECIPE/WITH FULL COSTING

    Ang Brazo de Mercedes ay kilalang Cake Roll sa isang sikat na bakeshop ang Goldilocks. So today sinubukan natin syang gawin.
    It's a tradional cake dessert with egg custard filling dusted with powdered sugar.
    Estimated Cost:
    Half recipe only
    5 eggs - 7 pesos each - 35 pesos
    Vanilla extract - 2 pesos
    White sugar - 5 pesos
    Calamansi - 1 peso
    Condensed milk - 16 pesos (32 pesos isang can)
    Powdered sugar - 5 pesos
    Butter - 3 pesos
    Total Cost - 67 pesos
    Kung gusto nyo na mas malaking Brazo de Mercedes ang magawa doblehin lang ang recipe. Naglagay din ako ng 1tbsp ng calamansi at 1 tsp of vanilla sa pag gawa ng meringue, para mawala ang lasa ng itlog. Pasensya na guys kung hindi ko na naisama sa video. Pero i suggest na lagyan ninyo ng vanilla at calamansi or lemon.

      Depende po cguro talaga sa panlasa ng tao, meron pong paborito yan meron naman din pong ayaw, pero yan pong home made brazo de Mercedes po na aking ginawa ay sakto lamang po ang tamis ng filling

      Hi mejo hindi ko po maintindihin ang gusto ninyong itanong.. pero kung ibig nyo pong sabihin ang pg iistore ng brazo de mercedes. Pwede nyo pong ilagay s ref kung hindi ninyo mauubos, pero iexpect nyo po na mejo mamamawis sya dahil nga po may sugar content po.. pero kung within a day nyo lang po ikoconsume pwede pong room temp lang

      Hi😊 ok lang naman po ilagay sa ref, pero mapapansin nyo po na mamamawis ang inyong brazo de mercedes, ito po ay dahil sa lamig na dala ng ref at dahil sa sugar na ingredients nito. So mas ok po kung stay nyo lang sya sa cool and dry place. Pero kung di nyo po maiwasan na ilagay sa ref ok lang naman po but don't expect po na same parin ang appearance ng inyong brazo de mercedes❤ thanks for watching & happy baking😊

      Hi SLR, 170 degrees Celsius or 338 degrees fahrenheit. Bake it for 20-22 minutes or depende sa gamit mong oven kung gaano kainit ito.Thank you for watching

      Hindi ko pa naexperience gumawa sa gas oven ng brazo de mercedes, but what i know is kpg mainit masyado ang temp ng oven tiyak n mas mabilis maluto ang labas, maaring masyadong mainit ang temp ng iyong oven at hindi pantay ang nagsicirculate na init. Wag mo msyadong i pre heat ang iyong oven. Mabilis lang maluto ang brazo de mercedes so mas maiging bantayan mo ito, pero iwasan n buksan ng buksan ang oven hbng ngbebake😊

Hindi ko po alam ang reason kung bakit hindi sya aangat eh kc po dpat po umangat po sya dahil sa eggwhites kahit pa maover beat nyo sya, ang problem lang s over beat eh mg de deflate po ang meringue once na inilabas n s oven or kpag nsa room temp na., try nyo po ulit😊

      Hindi ko po naisama s video, and hindi po poorly done ang video ko hindi lng kayo marunong mkaappreciate ng pinaghirapang vlog. Kung babasahin nyo ang description nandun nklgay na hindi ko naisama ang calamansi
