I'm a live performer myself and, the other night at a gig, I accidentally tried to skip a section of a song and, like them, we play to a click so it it went of the rails for a second until we got to the last chorus. Seeing something similar (though not as bad) happen to them during Dancing With a Wolf was really comforting - even the pros make mistakes sometimes

Evan Murashko I have ALWAYS said this, you could tell a lot from the Straight To DVD and it’s just naturally progressed from there. Green Day and ATL are two of the best live bands I’ve seen and it’s no coincidence!
You're only saying that because they're both singers who play rythm guitar and are both small guys similar in stature. Billie Joe is actually quite a bit different outside of those things.

He’s technically not in the band (but they consider him to be). They brought him on these past years so they can extend their range and flexibility live. Instead of playing a backup guitar track, they just use him. Props for them to include him to improve their sound live!
