El Gallo might be my favorite BFB! From the beginning he did a great job of being calm, defensive, all while countering. That in turn completely slowed his opponent down who seemed dangerously flinchy in the beginning. 👏

Why all this black dudes think they Mayweather? Seriously, improper technique of the Philly Shell can get you hurt. Your suppose to hide your chin by lifting you shoulder up to do the shoulder roll. The shoulder roll is ONE component of the Philly Shell. You have to know how to block, parry, and move. Philly Shell also involves you transitioning to the high guard as well. Y’all want to look cute with it but it takes a whole lot of work to master it!
