Woah, This firmware is earlier than firmware 1.0.3 firmware, Sony has released firmware 1.00 as an Network Update Test, so it's not leaked at all. This firmware is only installable on compatible models with a few modifications. If it does not list the minimum firmware requirement of firmware 1.00, then it is NOT compatible. Unfortuanently, this firmware is unstable. PSP-1000 (First): 1.00 PSP-1000 (Legolas): 2.00 PSP-2000: 3.60/3.9x/4.0 PSP-3000: 4.20/5.70/6.30 PSP Go/PSP-N1000: 5.70 PSP-E1000/PSP Street: 6.50/6.60
"This is the real 1.00, the one that came on Japanese PSPs was actually 1.03." I mean, you're pressing O, so isnt this technically a Japanese PSP as well?
Lmao the clicks are error sounds
Lol I was gonna say that
Wow! It’s interesting how different the sounds are....
They are from PS Store on PS3 i think ( i mean they reused them for the store)
@@fadinginthenight its the PSP / PS3 error sound
@@fadinginthenight bro...psp was launched before the ps3....
The click sounds that played error sound always gets me
Damn, the psp changed drastically from 1 to 1.50
Imagine If the Startup Sound used in this firmware stayed. And then imagine turning on your psp in the middle of night.

Yes and i hate ps3 error sound
Welp i prefer the final build because in here we can hear the error sounds
The old startup is so much better!
No it isnt
@@wojtaszorI agree
ALTHOUGH ITS GONNA BE LOUD AF IF YOU TURN IT ON AT MIDNIGHT
It's definitely much faster
My PSP has 1.0 still, bought on launch week in Osaka. Wonder how to update firmware to play some recent games
Its not this 1.00 this is bogus firmware 1.00 also you can always just downgrade
Newer updates are on newer UMDs, and you can also update it from the internet
those sounds are much better than the ones on psp today i hate the sounds today
they sound more unique and futuristic the ones right now sounds minimalistic id say both are ok

To think this came out in 2004
That's sounds much better than new sound
The sound when you tap on the screen changed to the error sound
I like the sounds more.
can i run games with this firmware? like ridge racer, because i bought a psp 1000 and i want to install this firmware...
Only a few very early games on UMD will run, I haven't tried Ridge Racer myself. The only game I have that worked was Archer Maclean's Mercury.
@@nallwolf ok! thank you very much
@@nallwolf but.... how the fuck did you install it? are there any brick risks starting from version 1.03?
Cool!
Better sounds
How did you find this firmware?
where can you download it
we need a xmb one
Where can i get this and how do i install it
i almost though if has no result of this search and also psp firmware 1.00 seems legit
How to upgrade I am struck with this
Use Pandora/Despertar del Cementerio to re-flash a different firmware
You should keep it it might increase the resale value
@@nallwolf Is Pandora battery method the only way to achieve this?
Wait i have that umd game too
