Try Chicken/veg or beef broth while boiling noodles. Just sub a little salt. Love it!
Perfect timing! I found a package of marinated bbq chicken in the freezer that needed to be used while cleaning out that freezer today- came in and saw your video! Husband can't stand carrots or celery but even HE isn't complaining- because "Susie made it". 😂
The elbow macaroni works better because it’s hollow tube and can hold air and sauce which add to the texture and flavor. I’ve done it both ways and elbow macaroni always wins

One tip I learned about macaroni salad it after you cook your pasta is drain well not DO NOT rinse it. The macaroni becomes sticky and the sauce really adheres to it. Look fantastic!
