We finally get to hear those cheesy little amps that come 'free' with the guitar (the point that you still have to buy the guitar first in order to get the amp is a very good point). The Monoprice sounded fine with pedals. My little Flamma amp doesn't like pedals much either and it may be because of the built in effects circuit. The Donner sounded like a starter amp and that blue amp was loud, but bad loud. It's tough putting lipstick on a pig, but there are decent practice amps out there that don't break the bank. Fun video, guys!
Hello, nicely done, I think it's good that he plays a song with the guitar, just without background music, then you really hear how the guitar sounds through the amplifier, nicely done, greetings Marnik
Aaah, that sounds like me back in the days some 50 years ago - I started electric guitar with my fathers old Grundig valve radio with that green „magic eye“, no pedals (at that time there was a Wah and a fuzz, that‘s all) via a self soldered adapter and it sounded horrible, every day my mother had to apologize to the neighbors till the day I blew the speaker cone 😂 In my ears all of those amps sounded muddy, no clarity of the strings and it was not Patrick’s fault. Btw: in the old days I also had long hair - Patrick, don’t cut for any reason, after your 60th it last looong to bring them back... 😢 🖖
