Hello, I initiated a plating service on November 8 through app. Unfortunately, I have not yet seen any progress, and the item has not been collected from your side.
Hi Unnimaya. Sorry for the delay caused from our end in having the product picked for plating service. We have escalated the matter the concerned team who will be arranging the return pick up of the product. Once that's done a tracking number will be shared with you with which you too can keep a track on when the product reached our warehouse. We hope you have been informed its 3 weeks duration for the plating to be done and the product to be delivered back to you.

Hello Arnab. There is no charge if you hand over the product for re-plating at the store and pick it up from the same place, the plating service is free of cost. However, if you wish to have the product picked and dropped back to your home address you will need to pay 199/- as courier charges.
